MA in Leadership
The MA in Leadership is designed for individuals who desire to integrate leadership theory with biblical principles to lead with integrity, wisdom, and effectiveness in a variety of organizational contexts.
This program is well-suited for working adults entering or holding positions of leadership, including pastors, missionaries, educators, nonprofit leaders, and professionals who want to strengthen their leadership capacity through training consistent with a Christian worldview.
It also provides a strong foundation for continued graduate study in leadership, ministry, education, or related professional fields.

Overview
Program Format
The MA in Leadership has a total of 30 credit hours, including:
- 15 hours of core coursework,
- 9 hours in a chosen concentration, and
- 6 hours of approved electives.
Most courses are offered in 7-week sessions with 1-week breaks. Students may take classes either:
- Full-time: 1 class (3 credit hours) per 7-week term.
- Part-time: 1 class (3 credit hours) per semester.
