Miracles, Resurrection and the Afterlife
PRTH 573
Summary
Explore the Miracles, Resurrection and the Afterlife course and what you can expect to learn through the semester.
Course Overview
In this course, you will learn philosophical objections to the possibility of miracles and be able to refute those objections, discuss the logic of and evidence for the resurrection of Christ (the greatest miracle of all), discuss the logic and scriptural (and historical) support for heaven and hell and evaluate claims of near death experiences that purport to give glimpses into life after death.
Each section of the course will prepare you to engage with unbelievers in each topic so that you can make a clear and effective defense for the Christian faith.
